Summary: Recon does not show the details about pipeline allocation
for DN

On Datanodes page Recon shows the number of pipelines per datanode but it does
not show breakdown between:
* Ratis3
* EC
Also since Ozone has a lot of params that impacts max pipelines its unclear
what is the number of allocated pipelines vs max configured numbers for each
pipeline type.
