Description:
After switching to website v2, our user docs are not versioned. I propose:
1. create a user document versioned 2.1.0 using the current content which is
essentially the same as 2.1.0 (minus disk balancer feature).
2. rename version 'Next' to 'edge' so that any external links would still work.
With these two, we will preserve the links to ozone.apache.docs/2.1.0
