## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Fix acceptance test failure: ``` Executing test ozonescripts/test.sh ... target scm: failed to solve: image "docker.io/library/ozone-runner-scripts:20260206-2-jdk21": already exists ``` It started failing after GitHub runner update from [20260201.15](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/ubuntu24/20260201.15/images/ubuntu/Ubuntu2404-Readme.md) to [20260209.23](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/ubuntu24/20260209.23/images/ubuntu/Ubuntu2404-Readme.md), which also upgraded Docker. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14633 ## How was this patch tested?
