The Recon APIs in Apache Ozone have undergone recent updates and enhancements.
However, the current API documentation is not fully aligned with the latest
implementation.
1. Update the *Recon API README* file to reflect the latest API changes,
including new/modified fields and behavior updates.
2. Synchronize the *OpenAPI Spec yaml* with the current implementation to
ensure accurate API documentation.
3. Remove any outdated or deprecated information.
4. Ensure consistency between the implementation, README documentation, and
OpenAPI spec.
