[~elek] it depends how its implemented. If its implemented in a way that the
request/quota per/user per/S3G, each S3G will, independently, count the number
of requests for each user what ever the namespace and throttle the user having
an impact on the other one on that S3G (if there is one) or exceeding his
quota.
