In the current code, Datanodes use their own {{DatanodeComponentVersion}} and
there is no {{{}ScmComponentVersion{}}}. However, Datanodes and SCM share the
same {{HDDSLayoutFeature}} for disk versioning. We need to collapse these into
a single {{HDDSVersion}} in the new versioning framework. The existing
{{DatanodeVersion}} can simply be renamed to {{HDDSVersion}} , since there is
no {{ScmVersion}} to merge it with.
