A naive and straightforward solution might be handle PipelineNotFoundException in both `stateManager.updatePipelineState` and `stateManager.removePipeline()`, since there will only be interleaved and sequential call sequence of the above two functions from StateMachineUpdater, -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
