This JIRA upgrades the credential management layer to use Hadoop's native JCEKS
encrypted keystore the same security framework already trusted across the
Hadoop ecosystem for storing sensitive credentials. Administrators can store
API keys in an encrypted vault and point Recon to it via a single config entry.
The keys are decrypted only at runtime, never written to logs or config files,
and fully protected at rest.
