Description: KeyDeletingService and DirectoryDeletingService should acquire
a read locks before running deep cleaning on snapshots. This is to prevent
background snapshot defrag from running while deep cleaning is running on the
snapshot. (was: KeyDeletingService and DirectoryDeletingService should acquire
