HDDS-12113 moved the S3 HA proxy tests to ozone-ha and ozonesecure-ha, but in
the ozonesecure-ha there is only one S3, the
[s3-haproxy.yaml|https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/8271/changes#diff-d14b9605cd43073da6c915cc5a347061e464b80800811e8a8c6e864cc7a0dc35]
is not used in that suite (only the one in common is used in
ozone-ha/test-haproxy-s3g.sh)
