For anyone picking this up:
I was going to pick this up, but realized the actual removal of
*HEALTHY_READONLY* (HDDS-14671, PR #9836) was merged into the *HDDS-14496-zdu,*
not master. As of today, master still defines HEALTHY_READONLY = 6 in
hdds.proto so I'll hold off now.
