## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Use RpcServer addSuppressedLoggingExceptions to supress ServerNotLeaderException to reduce NotLeaderException on folower node logs. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-5361 ## How was this patch tested?
