Observability improvement -
Recon provides a snapshot of container state, but it does not intend to show
the history. A Grafana dashboard that shows when containers go into bad state
(QUASI-CLOSED) can be useful.
Additionally we can add container replication status , show the time series of
the number of under-replicated, over-replicated containers.
