Description:
Implement analysis logic to identify deleted-but-present containers by
correlating the DataNode scan results HDDS-15455 with the SCM metadata lookup
results HDDS-15456. A container should be classified as deleted-but-present
when it exists on disk under */current* and is marked as *DELETED* in SCM
metadata.
Report the container ID, container directory path, size, and metadata status
(VALID, MISSING_METADATA, or INVALID_METADATA) for each occurrence.
