This task is to persist the type attribute of pre-created buckets in OM based
on "ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths" flag value.
For a {{ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths=true}} in OM, the bucket type will be
LEGACY.
For a {{ozone.om.enable.filesystem.paths=false}} in OM, the bucket type will
be OBJECT_STORE.
