Add to existing docs or create a new page to discuss heterogeneous deployments:
different deployment strategies, pros and cons, and recommendations.
Deployment options to be considered:
* datanodes of different number of disks, different capacities.
* racks of different data density.
The goal is to keep the data as balanced as possible across disks, datanodes
and racks. Therefore, data traffic is balanced.
The discussion must take into account the current Ozone's capabilities and
limitations. E.g. rack-scatter and rack-aware policies do not consider the data
density of the racks and the data density of datanodes within the same rack;
storage policy is yet to be developed. It must also ensure the maintenance is
easy, and allows new capacity to be added incrementally easily into the cluster.
The write style must be technical, but simple to read.
