HDDS-15614 proposes removing pull replication. Although most tests could be
migrated to push replication with minimal changes,
{{TestOzoneContainerWithTLS#downloadContainer}} depends on the client being the
one to download a container from the server (the {{OzoneContainer}} instance
under test) and does not work out of the box when switched to the pull model.
To test the equivalent functionality for push replication we need a valid
source and target datanode instance, which would likely require a new secure
mini ozone cluster setup.
