*Context*
The ci pipeline is quite extended in terms on what is running and what is
happening. The ci.md file aims to give an overview on which check is doing
what. From that point of view, some checks are not properly described. This
task aims to review the ci.md file and extend / update the documentationwith a
"help beginners to get proper high-level overwiev" mindset.
Review and update [https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/.github/ci.md]
file to give a proper high-level overview on the CI / CD pipeline.
