{{ozone dtutil}} uses Hadoop's {{DtUtilShell}} directly. Help, options, and
other CLI functionality are out of sync with most of Ozone. Part of it is
probably reimplemented by {{ozone sh token get|cancel|print|renew}} . I think
remaining functionality of {{dtutil}} should also be integrated into the
sh/debug/repair/admin/etc. structure, and we can drop {{ozone dtutil}}.
