## What changes were proposed in this pull request? For HDDS-15749 we need only actual tests to be named `Test...`. Test utilities should be named `...TestUtils` or similar, base test classes `...Tests`. This change renames base test classes in `ozone-manager` from `Test...` to `...Tests`.
