Now, if the key acl operation fails, there is no data representation in the
metrics, unlike bucket and volume, if it fails, there will be
numVolumeUpdateFails and numBucketUpdateFails. I am wondering whether it is
necessary to add a metric to indicate that the key acl operation failed ,
Similar to numKeyListFails and numKeyAllocateFails.
