When an unavailable DN is selected by default in the Recon page, the UI
currently displays stale data. This can be misleading, especially when the
*Pending Deletion* count appears as {*}0{*}, even though the displayed
information is no longer valid.
This is followup for [https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/10585] based on
review.
