I identified an issue in the Capacity Distribution UI. When a DN refresh is in
progress and the UI is polling for the refresh result, turning off the *Auto
Refresh* toggle causes the polling to stop. As a result, the UI remains stuck
in the loading state indefinitely, even after the refresh operation completes.
The loading state should be cleared or the refresh request should complete
gracefully when Auto Refresh is disabled.
