Introduce a the new OzoneAuthToken protobuf message, extend the OMRequest,
TokenVerifier, OmGrpcAuthInterceptor for typed services.
OM accepts tokens from both Hadoop RPC (OMRequest.authToken) and gRPC via call
metadata.
