Host the {{ozone-cli}} Agent Skill on the website so users can install it
locally. The skill uses the open [Agent Skills|https://agentskills.io/] format
({{{}SKILL.md{}}} + {{{}reference.md{}}}) and works across {*}Cursor{*},
{*}Codex{*}, and *Claude Code* — each agent uses different discovery paths, so
the installer handles all three.
