Profiling Impala's benchmark shows that there a lot of metadata queries are on
the hot path, part of these hot path are covered in HDDS-15925 & HDDS-15951 in
addition Impala would benefit from getVolumeInfo client side cache that can be
used from getFileChecksum() and getVolume().
