AbstractS3SDKV1Tests includes basic S3 Bucket Lifecycle CRUD tests (e.g.,
testS3LifecycleConfigurationCreateSuccessfully,
testS3LifecycleConfigurationDelete). However, these basic test cases are
missing in AbstractS3SDKV2Tests, even though V2 covers
AbortIncompleteMultipartUpload and E2E scenarios.
To ensure test parity and maintain code quality between AWS SDK v1 and v2, we
should port these basic Lifecycle CRUD tests to AbstractS3SDKV2Tests.
