HDDS-15776 fixes IPv6 Host-header parsing. Add functional qualification for S3
Gateway access over IPv6.
Requirements:
* Test path-style requests using bracketed IPv6 Host headers, with and without
a port.
* Reject ambiguous unbracketed IPv6 Host values.
* Exercise AWS Signature Version 4, HTTPS endpoint verification, and proxy
forwarding.
* Verify virtual-host-style access through a DNS name with an AAAA record.
* Do not require virtual-host-style access through an IPv6 literal.
* Preserve existing IPv4 and DNS behavior.
Depends on HDDS-15776 and the IPv6 listener work under HDDS-15778.
