*Description:*
The {{zh}} translations of the vendored/pre-built HTML docs
({{{}static/docs/2.0.0/zh/**{}}} and {{{}static/docs/1.4.1/zh/**{}}}) are
missing every locally-referenced image, so images render fine on the English
pages but are broken on the corresponding Chinese pages.
*Steps to reproduce:*
# [https://ozone.apache.org/docs/2.0.0/concept/containers.html] images display
correctly.
# [https://ozone.apache.org/docs/2.0.0/zh/concept/containers.html] the same
images are missing.
