Chia-Chuan Ho updated HDDS-16246:
---------------------------------
    Description:
Follow-up to HDDS-16242.

Verify whether the Java-side versionID and/or @KerberosInfo declarations are
redundant because the corresponding PB interface provides the Hadoop RPC
protocol metadata.

If confirmed, remove only the redundant metadata while preserving the existing
protocol FQCN, PB interface, wire protocol, translators, and service-
authorization mappings.

Add focused coverage for the protocol name, version, and Kerberos metadata. No
wire protocol change is intended.

The SecretKeyProtocol family includes role-specific interfaces for Datanode,
OM, and SCM. Each RPC path and Kerberos principal must be verified
independently before removing Java-side annotations.
