External links to the DiDi best practices PDF are broken after the
ozone.apache.org site reorganization.

The PDF is still hosted on the site at /ApacheOzoneBestPracticesAtDidi.pdf
(static/ApacheOzoneBestPracticesAtDidi.pdf), but older references—including the
Apache Foundation news article at
https://news.apache.org/foundation/entry/how-didi-scaled-to-hundreds-of-petabytes-with-apache-ozone
—still point at the pre-migration /assets/ path.
*Proposed fix:* Copy the PDF to
static/assets/ApacheOzoneBestPracticesAtDidi.pdf so the legacy URL works again
without a redirect.
