Docker publish progress (HDDS-16105):
Built image locally from official
https://downloads.apache.org/ozone/2.1.2/ozone-2.1.2.tar.gz (Dockerfile uses
apache/ozone-runner:20260206-2-jdk21).
Tags ready locally: apache/ozone:2.1.2 and apache/ozone:2.1.2-rocky (bin/ozone
version verified).
Push to Docker Hub failed with "denied" — need docker login as an account with
push access to apache/ozone (ASF Docker Hub creds).
After push:
{code}
docker push apache/ozone:2.1.2
docker push apache/ozone:2.1.2-rocky
{code}
Then merge HDDS-16106 xcompat PR (#11259).
