Based on distributed tracing metrics collected from OpenTelemetry, the S3
Gateway calls a redundant info{{{}Bucket{}}} RPC call during the execution of
S3 tagging APIs (such as {{{}GetObjectTagging{}}}, {{{}PutObjectTagging{}}}, or
{{{}DeleteObjectTagging{}}}).
