Track known S3 compatibility test failures for *conditional write* that are
blocked by missing S3 bucket versioning support. Implementing bucket versioning
is *out of scope* for this epic phase; this sub-task records the gap for
nightly reporting and triage.

h2. Affected tests (5/7 in conditional_write)
These fail during bucket versioning setup ({{put_bucket_versioning}} /
{{check_configure_versioning_retry}}), before conditional write logic runs:

* {{test_multipart_put_current_object_if_match}}
* {{test_multipart_put_current_object_if_none_match}}
* {{test_put_object_current_if_match}}
h2. Observed behavior
* Client error: {{BucketAlreadyOwnedByYou}} on {{PutBucketVersioning}}
* Underlying cause: S3 Gateway has no {{?versioning}} subresource handler;
{{PUT /bucket?versioning}} is handled like create-bucket on a bucket that
already exists from {{get_new_bucket()}}.

these cases NA/skipped in

the trend panel reflects a known limitation rather than product regressions.

or OM bucket versioning for S3.
