## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Specific to the new API added on the ZDU feature branch and not merged into master or released: Add an admin check for querying upgrade finalization status. Technically this is not sensitive information but there is no use-case for non-admins to run this since finalize is already admin-only. Also fix a missed `break` in the switch statement delegating to the upgrade status command. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA HDDS-16639 ## How was this patch tested?
