## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `compile` check sets compiler `release` version to 17/21/25 to test compile-time compatibility. Deprecation warnings in Ozone client cannot be fixed, since it still keeps support for Java 8. This change proposes to apply compiler `release` only to server components to reduce noise created by these currently unfixable warnings. Remove Java version 17.
