> Listing active multipart uploads (`GET /bucket?uploads`) or listing uploaded

> `getS3VolumeContext` before forwarding the list request to OM.

> 1. Update OM's `ListMultipartUploads` and `ListParts` RPC protocols to
> support `assumeS3Context=true`.
> 2. Update `BucketEndpoint` and `ObjectEndpoint` multipart listing paths to
> directly query OM without the precursory volume resolution RPC.
