Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `TestOzoneManagerHAFollowerReadWithStoppedNodes#testLeaderOmProxyProviderFailoverOnConnectionFailure` fails intermittently with `IOException: Could not determine or connect to OM Leader.` The test stops the leader OM and immediately sends a write, so the client can exhaust its failover attempts while the remaining OMs are still electing a new leader. It also reads the current proxy node ID before the first request, when the proxy may not point at the leader yet.
