## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `TestOzoneManagerStarter` already unit-tests the `ozone om` CLI for default start and `--init` using a mocked `OMStarterInterface`. There was no coverage for `--bootstrap` or `--force`; the mock’s `bootstrap` method was still a TODO. This PR extends `MockOMStarter` to record bootstrap invocations and the `force` flag, and adds four JUnit 5 tests aligned with the existing init/start tests: - successful `--bootstrap` - `--bootstrap --force` - invalid options (usage exit, bootstrap not called) - bootstrap failure (error exit code) Production code in `OzoneManagerStarter` is unchanged. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16941 ## How was this patch tested? ```bash mvn -pl :ozone-manager test -Dtest=TestOzoneManagerStarter -DskipShade -DskipRecon -DskipDocs ``` All tests in `TestOzoneManagerStarter` pass (including the new bootstrap cases). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
