The bucket tagging methods in {{RpcClient}} ({{{}RpcClient.java:3140{}}},
{{{}3156{}}}, {{{}3173{}}}) gate with
{{{}omVersion.compareTo(OzoneManagerVersion.S3_BUCKET_TAGGING_API) < 0{}}}. The
{{ComponentVersion}} contract says versions should be compared via
{{{}isSupportedBy{}}}.
