The Hadoop Httpfs module contains hadoop dependencies that we don't want and
can not include in Ozone.
This JIRA is to get rid of those dependencies mostly related to tests, and the
tests themselves, as we do not wan to test HttpFs GW in Ozone via
MiniDfsCluster.
Those dependencies that are related to compile or runtime has to be changed and
we should include the necessary classes as needed instead of whole Hadoop
modules.
