Description: Move in the Hadoop Httpfs module code into Ozone project, and
rename it to ozone-httpfsgateway, fix pom to avoid compile issues, and make
sure that the module is able to build. (was: The first step in this epic is to
bring in existing HttpFS implementation from HDFS as it is, find gaps
(unsupported features) and provide simple lifecycle management through Ozone.
