@rich7420 HDDS-17028 says `Generated-by: Codex (GPT-6)`, which I guess means the bug was found by Codex. Can you please clarify if the fix was also created using Codex (or other AI tooling)? Ideally the commits should indicate it using `Co-authored-by`, because these get picked up when merging the PR.
