Test sets for integration splits are
[defined|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/50a547b8ee1c0ab72343498e94fa848005b73009/pom.xml#L2967-L3156]
in Maven profiles, including and excluding tests based on package name.
Theoretically, if only {{Test1}} in split A is changed by a commit, execution
of splits B, C, etc. could be loaded from the cache. However, large modules
(e.g. {{ozone-integration-test}}) have tests spread over multiple or even all
splits. Test goals are executed per module, input includes all test classes
from that module. Test filtering happens during execution, after cache lookup.
Thus, changing {{Test1}} in split A causes cache miss for all splits.
This could be improved by having each split cover one or more modules
completely, and breaking {{ozone-integration-test}} into smaller modules (to
spread tests more evenly).
