DBCheckpointServlet caches the DBStore in initialize() on its first request
(DBCheckpointServlet.java:88). After a follower OM installs a checkpoint,
reloadOMState replaces the metadata manager and its store, but
OMDBCheckpointServlet and OMDBCheckpointServletInodeBasedXfer still call
getDbStore() (e.g. OMDBCheckpointServlet.java:281, 286), so they likely get the
old, closed store while the lock and snapshot directory come from the new one.
SCM restarts its metadata store during snapshot install in a similar way.
Found by code reading; not reproduced yet.
