## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Replace the broken "Ask DeepWiki" badge image in `README.md` with a shields.io badge, keeping the destination link (`https://deepwiki.com/apache/ozone`) unchanged. The badge image `deepwiki.com/badge.svg` (added by HDDS-15157) is hosted on Vercel with bot mitigation enabled. GitHub serves README images through its Camo proxy, whose fetch is rejected with HTTP 429 (`x-vercel-mitigated: challenge`), so Camo returns 502 and the badge renders as a broken image for everyone. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-17121 ## How was this patch tested? * `curl https://img.shields.io/badge/Ask-DeepWiki-6E56CF` returns 200 (SVG), reachable by GitHub Camo * README-only change; no tests affected -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
