Description:
Ozone Manager accepts any client supplied string as the multipart upload ID in
ListParts, part creation, CommitMultipartUploadPart, CompleteMultipartUpload
and AbortMultipartUpload. Upload IDs generated by OM have the form
{{<UUID>-<id>}} and never contain {{/}}.
This change rejects upload IDs containing {{/}} with
{{NO_SUCH_MULTIPART_UPLOAD_ERROR}} (S3 {{NoSuchUpload}}) before the request is
processed.
Compatibility:
* No protocol, version or layout change.
* Only IDs that OM could not have generated are rejected; existing multipart
uploads are not affected.
