## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Return `404 NoSuchKey` for `If-Match` writes to a missing object by removing S3 Gateway's overrides of OM's `KEY_NOT_FOUND` result. This covers normal and streaming PUT, multipart completion, and CopyObject, with the missing source or destination key identified in copy errors. This fixes the missing-object error mismatch exposed by the Ceph tests while validating #11366. It builds directly on upstream master.
