## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
`AuthorizationV4HeaderParser.parseSignature` was splitting the Authorization
header with `String.split(", *")` on every signed S3 request, which compiles a
regex each time.
This change splits on `','` and trims each part instead. Behavior is
unchanged for headers with or without spaces after commas (same idea as
HDDS-16749).
