It's mostly a metrics issue, but the value is also persisted. pendingDeleteBlockBytes is stored in the container's metadata table (PENDING_DELETE_BLOCK_BYTES) and reloaded on DN restart. How can we or user fix the incorrect pendingDeleteBlockBytes once it's persisted?
